Amador Vallina exhibits in Germany, Spain and UK

In December the spanish artist Amador Vallina shows paintings, mixed media, monotypes and sculptures in Trier (Germany), Madrid (Spain), Norwich (UK) and Palma de Mallorca (Spain).

For Immediate Release:

Mainz/Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany, November 30, 2009 -- The multi-faceted work of Amador Vallina is shown at the german Gallery Kaschenbach in Trier, the 19th Artist's Fair "Feria de los Artistas" in Madrid (Spain), the 2nd Small Art International Exhibition in Norwich (UK) and this week at the opening show of the new gallery "Galería K" in Palma de Mallorca (Spain).
His main subjects are informel, abstract and non-referential paintings on canvas and paper, but also monotypes, original prints and sculptures of steel, wood and paper.
Vallina is specializing in creating rich surfaces, textured to sculptural reliefs by using multiple layers in mainly earthy shades. He not only uses typical artistic materials for his compositions like pigments and acrylics but sands, ashes, rust, plants, bones and - sometimes entire animals. Dead animals which he found, like a dried moorish gecko, a skeleton of a rat or a over driven and therefore plane little bird. It is not to provoke the viewer. He makes them alive in his "natural" creations.
